i believe the answer is Challenging
When a parent contantly give praises, they will elevate the child ego too much to the point that the child had the need to get contant possitive confirmation on every little things that the child have. This will make them avoid challenging task because the child are used to getting posstivie confirmation even by doing the smaller things
