That statement is false

Each individuals tend to have different set of cognitive skills, which make our learning styles tend to be different from one another.

For example, individuals that had a better function on the left hemisphere of the brain, tend to be able to remember and understand topics really well simply by reading it. The individuals with better right hemisphere function, tend to remember better when they combine the information with images, colours, or even sounds.
