Dolly can count 1-10 in order. This ability is due to the logical Principle of conservation which simply refers to the ability in which it is not present in children during their pre-operational stage of their development ages 2-7, however it develops in the concrete operational stage at ages 7-11.

The logical principle of conservation was introduced and defined by the psychologist Jean Piaget. It states that the logical thinking about numbers, area, volume, orientation develops in the concrete operational stage at ages 7–11.
So, the statement that Dolly's ability to count from 1 to 10 in order is due to the logical principle of conservation is true.
