Exercises is the most essential part of recovery for those with arthritis because it helps to deal with fatigue, increases strength and flexibility of body, reduces pain in joints. Therapist usually recommend such people to walk a lot, to swim and also to do yoga as it is already proven to improve most of physical symptoms.
