Hi. The 4 is in the hundredths place. When dealing with place value that has a decimal just remember that everything to the left of the decimal starts as ones, tens, hundreds, etc. Starting with the first number on the right we have tenths, hundredths, thousandths, etc. So for your numbers, we have the following:
5 = thousands
6 = hundreds
7 = tens
9 = ones
0 = tenths
4 = hundredths
