When a healthcare organization allows an unsafe condition to exist on its property and does nothing to address it and a visitor gets injured, the organization will be held liable because the injury was foreseeable and the organization had a duty to care. The organization has to take reasonable steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees and visitors.
