When A NEBULA is disturbed by an outside explosion, it may form an accretion disk.
A nebula refers to a cloud of gas and dust in outer space, which is always visible in the night as an indistinct bright patch. An accretion disk refers to a disk like flow of gas, plasma or dust around an astronomical object, the orbiting materials lose energy and and angular momentum as they slowly spiral inward.
