Your answer is B right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press because the first amendment has the rights to speech, press, religion, assemble, and petition because its is not A because right to bear arms is the second amendment its not C because again right to bear arms is the second amendment and when its came down to rather B, and D I choose B because its not D because right to an attorney is the fourth amendment. Your answer is D.
