How might a self fulfilling stereotype impact corporate life the workplace?

Self-fulfilling stereotypes means that in any corporation or organization the bosses favor those employees who look like them or act or share their interests. They promote them and give them more challenges and less to others who do not fulfill this criterion, as a result they will lag behind and prove the stereotypes bosses had for them.

This can result in an unhealthy work environment and non-competence which further may result in the loss of company and its agenda, workers may feel biased so employee satisfaction also gets at stake.
