No, in contrast, a traditional supervision jails supervised the inmates in as per need basis. Although an officer is stationed to look after the 50 single occupancy cell jails, there is a relatively small interaction between the inmate and the officer because the officer is housed separately from the inmates in a secure booth and check the inmates only if needed.
