A Ped ophile is a person who is sexually attracted to children, adolescent or prepubescent youth and being a ped ophile is regarded as a mental illness.or psychiatric disorder. Laws in the Unites States have determined that the act is a crime, in which case, when a person has these feelings towards children, it is referred to as pe dophilia.
