The correct answer is C) They allow new workers to get job experience.

In some arts, A/V technology, and communication careers, workers participate in apprenticeships. Apprenticeships are useful in that they allow new workers to get job experience.

An apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain experience in some industries. It allows students that are about to leave college to work in formal companies in order to learn how to work in their proffession and get a better chance to perform a good job when they are hired. It also helps new workers to gain more experience or improve skills in different areas, benefitting from the new knowledge acquired.
