With what do we know about the isthmus across the Bering strait, why are most people of North America thought of as having European ancestry rather that Native american?

1. Due to intermarriages between the populations.

2. Due to Native americans leaving for warmer climates.

3. Due to Europeans overpowering native populations.

4. Due to native populations settled only near the Bering Strait.

I think the answer is number 3. Due to Europeans overpowering native populations

Most of the Native Americans would rather marry someone for their own tribes. Though some of the Natives don't have an aversion towards some Europeans, their culture does not allow them to mix blood with the Europeans.
