The changes observed in Sam and his twin sister is known as puberty changes. The hormone that is responsible for puberty changes is LUTENIZING HORMONE.
The pituitary gland is the one responsible for releasing lutenizing hormone. In females, lutenizing hormone stimulates the oestrogen hormone to be released in female and testosterone hormone to be released in males.
