Explain how all of the water in a tea kettle can be the same temperature even if the kettle is heated only from the bottom.

I may be wrong but I think its because heat rises. idk its probably wrong

I learned this a while ago but I kinda remember and I believe it is because the heat comes up and it heats up the water on top
