all men are created equal there are unalienable rights that the government should never ever violate like for example these rights should include life liberty and always the pursuit of happiness when any form of government doesn't uphold these laws or fails to protect these rights it is not only the right for the people but the duty for the people to over through that part of the government i hope this helps i wrote what i thought to the best of my ability.
