hmmm...this one is confusing because u r wanting a line that is perpendicular to a vertical line.....so that would be a horizontal line...an a horizontal line has a 0 slope

y = 7...but u need it in slope intercept form....y = 0x + 7

** (3,6),(3,15)...when ur x's are the same, u have a vertical line

The line through (3,6) and (3,15) is vertical so the perpendicular slope is a horizontal line.
