V = x + 4
x = neighbors age

x + x + 4 < = 14...here is the inequality
2x + 4 < = 14.....this is just a simplified form of the inequality
not sure which one u want to write, because they are both basically the same...one is just simplified a little

2x + 4 < = 14
2x < = 14 - 4
2x < = 10
x < = 10/2
x < = 5.....the oldest age of the neighbor is 5
