V = 1/3 * (pi) * r^2 * h
V = 1/3 * 3.14 * 3^2 * 21.3
V = 1/3 * 3.14 * 9 * 21.3
V = 1/3(601.938)
V = 601.938/3
V = 200.646 rounds to 200.6 mm^3
