Your answer is (A) ; An adjective phrase is a phrase whose head word is an adjective, ex: fond of steak, very happy, quite upset about it. An adverb phrase is two or more words that act as an adverb. They can tell how, where, why, or when. Maybe the definitions will help you out. ;)
