the length of a rectangle is twice its width. the area of the rectangle is 32 square feet. what are the length and width? which equation models this problem?

Length would be 8 feet

Width would be 4 ft

Equation would be either:
Area = 2w^2 or
32 = 2w^2 which is the same thing except area was replaced with it's actual number
