What is one way the speaker of the house differs from the president of the senate?

The difference is that the President of the chamber is elected by the representatives that make it up, it is usually called "speaker" and occupies the second place in the line of presidential succession, on the other hand the president of the Senate occupies that place by being he elected vice president of the nation and is the first in the lines of presidency succession.
