Beyond a Reasonable Doubt means the standard that must be met by the prosecution's proof in a criminal indictment: that no other sensible clarification can be gotten from the actualities with the exception of that the respondent carried out the crime, consequently conquering the assumption that a man is innocent until proven guilty.
