5 times 1 which is 6+4m

Distribute first...
5(1)=5
5(4m)=20m
So for the left side it's 5+20m
Now u have to do the same thing for the right side
2(3)=6
2(10m)=20m
So for the right side it's 6+20m
Now that u have solved both sides u have to isolate the m
5+20m=6+20m
-5 -5
----------------------
20m=1+20m
-20m -20m
------------------------
0=1
Therefore there is no solution
