In the line “boogie-woogie rumble/ of a dream deferred” from Langston Hughes poem “dream boogie” what does the term boogie-woogie refer to?

I think the term "boogie-woogie" refers to the sound of a postponed dream, like an unidentified fear that's preventing you from doing something.
