In 1990, the Education for all Handicapped Children Act was replaced by A) The Individuals with Disabilities Acts. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was a revised version of the previous act for the purpose of improved special education and inclusive education. Its overall goal is to provide children with disabilities the same opportunity for education as other students who do not have a disability.
