Qu'est-ce qui est plus economique?

a. le train
b. l'avion
c. la voiture

I know what this says, but I do not understand the wording. Can someone please help?

I would say the train is more economic because it's a public transport.....

Of course if you've got to cross the ocean, you might have to fly !!!!!
And about cars, too many people are alone in their cars instead of car pooling and there's not many electric cars....

So yes, the train should be the more economic.
