Remember that a skill refers to when, by practice and effort you learn how to do something in an effective or competently way. The important thing here is that you are not born with them, you can be good at something but practice is necesary to achieve a new skill. In this case, talking and critical thinking are things that all humans can do without a lot of effort, what I mean is that they are developed through time by living in a society. On the other hand, typing and playing pool is something that has to be learned by a systematic and sustained effort.
Although critical thinking can be improved and developed to a high performance, we all have it, it is part of being a human.
