Poly A is added to the end of a eukaryotic mRNA modified. Polyadenylation is the combination of a poly(A) tail to a messenger RNA. It also consists of multiple adenosine monophosphate. In other words, it is a stretch of RNA that has only adenine bases. In eukaryotes, polyadenylation is one of the process which produces mature messenger RNA (mRNA) for translation.
