Your patient's urinary output is 50 ml/24 hours, which is essentially no output. how would you document this finding?

I would document this output as Anuria. It is when your kidneys shut down. It is also called renal failure or kidney failure. If a person isn't peeing, it means that their kidneys aren't working. Organ failure is serious and potentially fatal, and should be treated by transplants and quick medical intervention.
