The DNA material found in each person is unique, no two individual have the same type of DNA material. Because of the differences in the DNA molecule of individuals, the restriction enzyme recognition sites are also different too. Restriction enzyme recognition sites refer to the different locations on a DNA molecule which contain specific base pair nucleotide that are recognized by restriction enzymes.
