Tell Qaramel is an archaeological site in north-western Syria, located in the Qoweiq River Valley in the area of the so-called Fertile Crescent.

In the late 1970s, excavations confirmed the existence of Tell Qaramel settlements from the pre-ceramic Neolithic period scattered over an area of 4 hectares around the hill and subsequent settlements that arose there until the Hellenistic period. At the peak of its development, the settlement could have been inhabited by 1,000 people.
