What is x+3y=-11 -9y=33+3x in college algebra

x + 3y= -11 (1)
-9y = 33 + 3x ---->3x + 9y = -33 (2)

divide (2) equation by 2
3x + 9y = -33
x + 3y = -11 (2')
and equation (1) is also x + 3y= -11 (1)
so
x + 3y= -11 (1)
x + 3y= -11 (2')
---------------------subtract
0 = 0
