Should you only seek assistance only from neighbors that live next door to your house during medical emergencies

The only time you should rely on a neighbor is if you need to phone for help, need to be driven to the ED, or if an EMS is on the way and your neighbor has some emergency medicine experience to keep you stable till EMS actually arrive.

yes and no if it serious ask them to call 911 while you deal with the hurt/ingered person
