The order of the organs is:
Mouth, stomach, small intestines, large intestines

The food is flowing downwards so if you are standing up, it is more easier for the food to travel compared to when you are slumped over or lying down.

Why do you think digestion is more eficient if your sitting up, rather than slumped over or lying down
