Anna has used email for more than a year. she now has difficulty keeping track of the contact details of all the people with whom she communicates. identify the method by which anna can easily access all of the contact details in alphabetical order.

Anna could use the address book feature in her email client. Most clients today have some sort of sortable feature that allows a user to add all of their email addresses for all of their contacts and then automatically sorts them by whatever criterion the user suggests (last name, first name, first letter of email address, etc.).
