Compare urban-based early river civilizations with pastoral and nomadic societies in terms of gender relations, economic developments, and political organization.

The nomadic and pastoral societies developed slower and not as much economically but it was more egalitarian since everyone worked hard and was respected for their work. Urban-based civilizations were based on people going to work on their land while women stayed at home and took care of the household which led to a distinction between males and females as to who was useful and who wasn't and how much. This led to a lot of sexism in the future. They were great at economic development however and a rise in political organizations was evident.
