Are different  the penguin cant fly with his wings but an eagle can.

The wing of a penguin and the wing of an eagle are homologous structures. Homologous structures are organs that appears in different animals, are different and have a different purpose, but they are similar and share common traits. These structures are used as a evidence that are evidence that life on earth share a common ancient ancestor.
