Blank 1) eyes Blank 2) ears Eyes use light waves that are perceived on the retina and it then converted into electric potential in the optic nerve and sent to the brain to see. Ears are funnels that transfer sound waves to the hammer and anvil and the mechanical energy is sent to the cochlea where hair cells move to sense sound.
