Earth's Spheres. Everything in Earth's system can be placed into one of four major subsystems: land, water, living things, or air. These four subsystems are called "spheres." Specifically, they are the "lithosphere" (land), "hydrosphere" (water), "biosphere" (living things), and "atmosphere" (air). So the lithosphere is land the hydrosphere water and biosphere is living things hope I helped

the hydrosphere is all water on earth, the lithosphere is the crust and upper mantle, the biosphere is all life on earth, and the atmosphere is all the gases surrounding the earth.
