What other biological molecules do nucleotides occur in?

Well I believe that aside from the big ones which are the DNA and RNA:

Some proteins (such as telomerase) have bits of attached RNA. Ribosomes have a bit of RNA.

We also have adenosine triphosphate, which is the energy koin of the cell.
