Stermberg uses the application of the cognitive perspective to intelligence.It has consist of three major facts they are contextual,experimental and the componential sub theories.He explain that intelligence is culturally defined concept.Gardner argues that to access intelligence in truly general sense.IQ test are generally based on the mathematics and verbal knowledge to the exclusion of the other important skills.
