What does that "(2,20)" represent?
"y=ax^2" is indeed a quadratic function whose graph opens UP and whose vertex is (0,0). The graph has the shape of a parabola.
But you don't say what you are looking for. Have you checked to ensure that you have copied down the entire problem?
