It suggested that non whites are not eligible to take part in political offices because they are considered as slaves and are deprived from their basic rights. Virginia laws of 1705 is also known as the Virginia slaves code of 1705. It striped of majority of rights that blacks had prior these codes were amended by the court of law of Virginia.
