Jacques Necker is a Swiss banker and director of general finance. He reduced the general tax farmers and established provincial assemblies. His reform goals are to control France's huge budget debt, he proposed to take loans, he also suggests the royal family personal spending and abolishing the tariffs on internal trades and was fired by Louis XVI, however, he had to re-hire due to the huge outcry from the French population.
