Explain how the structure of cilia and flagella relate to their functions.

The Cilia (could be found in the trachea and throat) help in so that in the attachment of substances like mucus (in the case of trachea) or attachment to surfaces (in bacterias case, it's called pili). Flagella bring about movement of the bacterium
