If the ambient temperature is very hot like in the Sonora Desert in summer like say 45 Degrees Celsius then the rate of body cooling will be slow and the body will heat up significantly though perspiring will help a little to cool the body. If the ambient temperature is like -40 degrees celsius, then the body will cool off very rapidly and warm clothes that cover most of skin will be required to prevent frostbite.
