What type of plate boundary is forming the Himalaya Mountains?
The convergent plate boundaries forms the Himalayan Mountains. When two tectonic plates proceed towards each other crash against each other, with the equal amount of density. This is results in forming mountain chain. This is called convergent boundaries.
