Answer: sex cells

The fungi are saprophytic organisms these organisms can reproduce by asexual and sexual modes of reproductions. These fungal spores are the products of asexual reproduction. These spores are microscopic particles, these spores serve the function like seeds in a plant. These spores germinate to produce a new fungal body. These contain the sex cells within them produced after the asexual mode of reproduction.
