Based on different laws which are in operation in the United States of America, the following set of people are restricted from immigrating to America: CRIMINALS, FOLKS WITH DISEASES AND MENTALLY UNSTABLE INDIVIDUALS.
The movement of these people into America are restricted because they will constitute dangers to the people of the country.
